New warehouse and logistics system
In 2012 Karcher GmbH reached its capacity at our existing warehouse due to large increases in sales. In late 2012 we built a new facility adjacent to the existing warehouse and also introduced a new logistics system.
In early 2013 we moved into our new warehouse. We can now accommodate over 2500 pallets and, along with a new fleet of warehouse vehicles, are fitted with the latest logistics technology. This includes a lean lift, an innovative machine which is designed to optimize our storage of smaller intricate parts.
With the new software now in place efficiency has greatly improved. Procedures have been optimised and simplified to reduce our delivery times.
